Our Staff

Robert YoneokaRobert Yoneoka

General Manager

Employee since: 2005

Industry experience: 26 years

With 26 years of industry experience, Robert has the skills of a cycling ninja. He's got one heck of an understanding in design, tech, and the bicycle industry. And who would know what goes on behind closed doors at a place like Rock Shox? He would. Why? 'Cause he put in a stint with them as their Aftermarket Sales Manager. Whether performing a custom fit for you on a new bike or your current one, his noggin is the Google of bike tech. He can even turn a wrench with the best of 'em.

Brian StrattonBrian Stratton

Service Manager

Employee since: 2005

Industry experience: 18 years - straight

The metaphorical Moses of mountain bike suspension - he's got more practical experience than most pack into 35-year career. Whether it's building your new $7000 carbon Orbea or wrenching your own precious steed, Brian's the man when it comes to bike mechanics - be it road, mountain, vintage, or modern. You know you can trust his work, too, because when he's not slinging bikes at ProCycling, he's out hammering on the work he's done to one of his own many bikes.

Branden RakitaBranden Rakita

Sales Associate and Bike Fitter

Employee since: 2007

Industry experience: 1 year, and Pro Triathlete

If you ever see this guy out on a training ride, be prepared to watch him ride away from you. Or run, or swim. Why? 'Cause when he's not working the sales floor at ProCycling, Branden's a professional triathlete. Being a fast guy on course is one thing, but he's long been an expert on road and mountain bike tech. And, in case you hadn't heard, triathletes are religious about their bike position. That's good for you because Branden brings that discipline to the shop. What more could you ask for from a guy who counts spokes instead of sheep when he sleeps at night?

Dave GillespieDave Gillespie

Sales Associate

Employee since: 2003

Industry experience: 19 years

Dave is one of the original ProCycling employees, which is a huge asset to the store, and shows one of ProCycling's cornerstone principals: striving to keep customers, and employees, for the long term. Dave's done it all at ProCycling - he's raced on the mountain bike team, he's spent years in the service department, and now he's on the sales floor. Not to mention the fact that Dave's been riding and racing since the early 90's - now that's a lot of saddle time! He's got the professional advice to set you up with whatever cycling needs you can muster.

LeighAnn McGrew-LawrentzLeighAnn McGrew-Lawrentz

Operations

Employee since: 2005

Industry experience: 1.5 years

Can you say, "motivation?" LeighAnn can. She's the Operations Manager at ProCycling. She'll give you top notch sales advice, point you in the right direction, and takes care of about a million other items that go on behind the scenes. And talk about multitasking: having raced on the mountain bike team in 2004, LeighAnn and her husband, Robin, had a baby, and she now runs marathons in her spare time. As if that wasn't enough, LeighAnn also leads a women's group ride during the summer months. Sheesh...!

MIke VidovichMike Vidovich

Service Tech

Employee since: 2007

Industry experience: 4 years

Mike never met a Red Bull he didn't like. With 20 years as an avid mountain biker, this guy has all the experience you need to keep your bike in top shape. As a service tech at ProCycling, he combines technical know-how with personal experience to keep your bike riding far longer than you can. The suspension linkage on a Trek Top Fuel doesn't scare Mike, nor does applying chain lube to an Orbea Orca. Got a problem? Come on in: Mike just slammed a Red Bull.
